Mary Gotschall has more than two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, marketing and public relations. As Founder and President of the Washington, DC-area communications firm called The Athena Group (www.theathenagroup.net), Gotschall won such top clients as DuPont, Booz Allen Hamilton, Fortune Magazine, Random House, the NASDAQ Stock Market and Merrill Lynch. Among her current projects, she is managing international broadcasting and multimedia content creation at Voice of America (VOA) in Washington, DC.

Jennifer Randall is a global product strategist, a communications pro, a social media natural and an interface design expert with over 20 years of experience directing web launches for leading entertainment, media and retail organizations.
As a communicator, Randall has been at the helm of an 45,000 plus global organization where she served as editor of the employee engagement news with a 35,000 reach, as well as executive news with a 6,000+ reach.
Ms. Randall has worked with Northrop Gruman Electronics Systems, World Vision International, Toshiba, AOL, and the National Science Foundation.
Lina Safronova
Lina attained her Masters Degree from the George Washington School of Business. Ms. Safronova is a high-energy, result-driven leader and strategist. She is an expert in business development, strategic management and business communications and is currently a Senior Project Manager at the David Allen Company. Lina's experience includes Terra Vista Management, SUN Innovations Company, and Pheonix International Management Group.
Jim Southworth
Jim is recognized internationally as an industry expert in various Internet access technologies such as TVoIP, VoIP, DSL, two-way satellite and wireless, as well as in leading edge security and enterprise applications. He has also been in several senior high security consultative roles including to US federal law-enforcement in the Washington, DC area as well as for Interpol in Lyon, France, both involving Internet security and anti-terrorist technologies and the Virtual Private Networks that support them.
Jim advises some of the most innovative and leading-edge entrepreneurial ventures in the industry today, serving on various Board of Directors and Advisory Boards interfacing with management and Venture Capital firms. He is also active in International not-for-profit industry standards setting including serving on the Board of Directors of the DSL Forum for four years.
He is a frequent chairman, speaker or moderator at tradeshows, conferences, and summits. A respected Internet technologist in all the emerging technologies such as VoIP (Voice and Video over IP), he is known for his visionary technology leadership and strategy and has been recognized in EE Times as one of the twenty-one key “architects of the next generation of the Internet” in the world at that time.
